Terms and conditions:

  1. No contract required.  6 month agreement required.
  2. 30 day cancellation notice necessary after 5th month. 
  3. Members may purchase an unlimited number of additional facials at 10% off 
  4. Unused services may be carried over to next month.  Upon terminating membership, unredeemed member services expire. 
  5. Non-transferable and non-refundable.
  6. Twenty four hour advance notice is required on any appointment cancellation. 
  7. Ano show appointment will result in a $35 fee.
